How to be a perfect girl

Even Wondered How to be perfect your way? Don't you wish there was a guide that could tell you how to be the best that you could possibly be? While no girl is completely perfect, now I'm going to share something nice for you girls, this will help you along to becoming the best and perfect you.

1. Smile. Always smile naturally; smile as much as you can and remember to do it genuinely. When taking pictures, think of something funny to give you a natural smile and help you smile with your eyes. Do not pout or make duck lips


2. Practice good hygiene. Looking and smelling clean is an important part of your image. Make sure you take good care of your body, your hair, your teeth and your nails.


3. Take good care of that skin. Remember to wash your face every night with mild soap, dry with towel, and cleanse with a cotton pad and facial cleansing solution. And keep your hands off to avoid breakouts. Also, don't forget to moisturize, and NEVER go to sleep wearing makeup! It'll look like such a mess in the morning!


4. Do not swear. Cursing often will make others think that you;re an unintelligent, immature person and would most likely ignore you. If it slips out, that can count as an "oops!" moment, but don't make it a habit.


5. Remember the 3 S's: protect your skin from the sun by remembering to:
  • Slip clothing on over your bathing suit when you're not in the water to block sun rays from your skin.
  • Slop on sunscreen before going outdoors and remember to re-apply every two hours.
  • Slap on a shandy hat that covers your face, neck, and ears.


6. Do not be immature. Know how to handle situations maturely and reasonably. You don't need to whine or cry to get what you want. it's fine to be goofy and have fun, but remember not to make a complete fool of yourself. Be cool, clam, and collected whenever possible!

7. Nourish your body. Maintain a healthy diet and only allow yourself to have junk food in moderation. Be sure to drink 8 cups of water (8 fl/oz = 1 cup) everyday. Also remember to take a multi-vitamin everyday to help maintain your health.

8. Get your beauty sleep. Make sure that you're getting the recommended 8-10 hours of nightly sleep. Get yourself into a bedtime routine and stick to it (even on the weekends and vacations). To get your body into sleep mode if you're feeling restless, try reading a book, writing in a journal, taking a warm bath, or listening to some gentle music. If you are watching a boring T.V. show, that can also help as long as you turn the volume down to where you almost can't hear it.

9. Work on your image. Remember that you are unique and beautiful, but can help to boost your self confidence higher. By looking great, you'll feel great too! Remember to eat healthy food, sleep, exercise, shower, and get a hair cut/trim a quarter inch every 6 to 8 weeks for best result.

10. Keep your posture "ladylike". Don't slump. Keep a straight back and pull back your shoulder. it actually makes you look taller and slimmer.

11. Be yourself! People like originality! When you are truly yourself, you will radiate confidence! Try it!

12. Remember your values. Peer pressure can be cruel and tempting, but it's only temporary. Your values are your reputation and your future. They are all you truly possess; they take a lifetime to build and a moment to destroy. Once they have been compromised, what have you got left?

13. Be industrious. Do good, and eschew evil. Work diligently, ungrudgingly and exercise good judgment. Hardworking and thoughtful people are respected.

14. Do yoga. Yoga will tone your muscles and help burn fat.

15. Be intelligent, try to get good grades, and work hard at school. Be witty and make insightful comments. You don't have to talk all the time, only when you have something to say that matters. It makes more of an impact!

16. Communication. Communication is key. Through proper communication, there is little room for misunderstandings. Guys and girls both hate playing the guessing game so confront him or her with the issue before it builds up.

17. Step out of your comfort zone and try new things. It will allow you to meet new people as well as expand your abilities and make you more interesting (but continue to stay true to yourself and don't do anything you dislike).

18. Love yourself how you want other people to love you. You are who you are don't try to be someone else.


TIPS
  • Be helpful without an attitude
  • Remember the simple ways of politeness for example, please and thank you. Its a small step but can be taken a long way.
  • Make the grades. One of the most important things that you can do is get good grades because it really pays off in the end.
  • Dressing for success doesn't mean that you need a designer, just remember to look nice.
  • Make sure you wash your hair. Having nice hair shows that you are a tidy person which is always a good thing.
  • Smell good. Nothing is more inviting than a sweet aroma. Never pour on too much perfume. That is overbearing and gives headaches. An easy way to apply the correct amount off perfume with a spritz-bottle is to spray just in front and above you, wait three seconds, then walk through the mist. It will scent your clothes, hair and skin with fragrance without becoming too overpowering.
  • Don't ever over do on make-up. A simple natural look is always best when meeting new people!
  • Know that perfect is impossible; these are just tips on how to improve yourself.
  • If you are going through a rough point in your life keep your head up and stand tall, confidence is key.
  • Connecting with someone on a personal level makes you stand out from everyone else. Don't be too scared to talk about your business and get him to talk about his, it makes you closer and he'll appreciate it. Guys often act as if they have no feelings and just tough, but they are just as complex as us girls are.
  • Be APPROACHABLE!

WARNINGS
  • A note on perfume. If you use an aromatic soap that has a lingering scent consider bringing a small atomizer with you to refresh the scent later in the day. You will become desensitized to your own aroma during the day. Before you assume it has dissipated, ask another lady, in private, before applying more. Use the step above or a damp fingertip dabbed behind the ears and once on your neck should be enough. Perfumes are concentrated compounds. There are a lot of people who have chemical sensitivities. If you use both, or if you use too mush you will overwhelm people around you. Using too much perfume can trigger serious, even fatal, reactions.
  • Flirting Remember, everything is good in moderation. If you over do it, you might come off as easy. YOU DO NOT want this.
